Zach Nottingham is a Southern Maryland native, both born and raised in Dunkirk. He graduated from Northern High School and the University of Maryland before commissioning into the United States Navy. Zach spent 6 years on active duty at both Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland and the Naval Hospital Jacksonville in Jacksonville, Florida before returning to healthcare as a civilian. After transitioning from active duty, Zach worked as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency setting for 3 years before he and his wife simultaneously completed their Master's Degree in Nursing from Chamberlain University as Family Nurse Practitioners. Transitioning from the large corporate hospital setting to the private practice has been a dream of Zach's as serving his local community gives him a tremendous sense of enjoyment. Caring for newborns to individuals in advanced age, Zach thrives on the opportunity to make an impact in the patients' lives by bettering their health.

In his downtime, Zach enjoys spending time with his family. Together, they spend many hours in the outdoors, hunting, fishing, boating, camping, and spending time on the beach.
